Little Portraits: Ceramic Paintings Telling Stories
We perceive the world largely through our senses, which is why the elements of Nose, Lips, Ear, and Eye are so important in FiREBUG's work, and you will see them represented in various ways.
These small ceramic paintings are called portraits because sometimes a single detail can reveal a person's entire character. For example, the "Ear Man," who has never heard and understood things properly, is late for meetings and can sometimes appear frivolous. Or the "Lips Man," who talks a lot but doesn't always say something that makes sense, or conversely, he may be someone who stands in silence, but what they say is always meaningful!
You can see the color variations in the photos. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be repeated. The time for making an individual order is up to 14 days
Materials: Each portrait is as unique as the person it represents. Just like us, no two portraits are the same. You can even make a custom order to include specific colors or features that add a personal touch, such as a nose piercing or a unique iris color.
